Erenay Alpayçetin was born in 1997 in Istanbul. In 2015,after graduating from Prof. Dr. Fuat Sezgin Science High School, she started her undergraduate education at Gazi University Faculty of Dentistry in the same year. After graduating from the first class with a degree, she transferred to Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry and successfully graduated in 2020.
In the same year, she started her doctorate education at Istanbul University Health Sciences Institute, Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Pedodontics. Continuing her doctorate education, Alpayçetin takes part as a researcher in TUBITAK projects related to dental anxiety in children. In addition, Alpayçetin, who has made oral presentations in many international congresses at home and abroad, continues her doctoral thesis on “Defining the Oral Microbiome in Teeth with Molar-Incisors Hypomineralization and Evaluation of the Effect of Two Different Toothpastes”.
In pediatric dentistry, behavioral manipulation techniques, traumatic injuries and dental treatments under general anesthesia are her special interests.
Erenay Alpayçetin is a member of the Turkish Pedodontics Association (TPD) and the International Association of Paediatric Dentistry (IAPD) and serves her patients as a pediatric dentist in ourclinic.
